We understand that COVID-19 has affected us all on a very unique and personal level. I think the most profound effect it has had on everyone is that it gave us the much needed time for reflection. Reflection of ourselves, our priorities, careers, goals, or lifestyle. This has been the catalyst for many people to start new businesses, volunteer, create groups to spread kindness, or adapt new fitness habits. For others, if gave time to think of everything we wanted to do and change but have no idea where to start. If you are in the second group this is your place.
