Professional one on one stretching utilizes a hands on technique to help increase flexibility and range of motion within ones own muscular system. We use a combination of passive and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching. Stretching is extremely beneficial to all individuals including the athletic population.
For those individuals looking for a high energy workout, each session will be filled with intense, action packed fitness, leaving you breathless before starting the next interval of exercises. If you are new to fitness, or struggling with an injury, your sessions will be tailored towards your muscle imbalances or deficiencies. The goal in all types of sessions are to focus on YOUR personal goals. Every work out will be different from the last and we will always keep you on your toes. Union or to 'yoke' is the literal definition of Yoga. It brings together the ego-self with the higher, divine Self through breath work, asanas (poses), and meditation. Yoga incorporates a mind-body connection, when moving through poses. Yoga teaches you how to use breath-control to help still the mind and attain higher states of awareness.
